Fastrack Racing was looking to improve its online presence and marketing strategy, with a view to maximising revenue. Legacy systems and traditional advertising coupled with a website that didn't have eCommerce facilities, meant that business growth was hampered.

A decision was made not simply to restructure the business, but also review Fastrack Racing's overall approach to marketing and sales.

Codename:Tuesday developed an online marketing and sales strategy with quarterly targets to closely monitor performance against the above objectives.

A streamlined eCommerce facility was designed and developed that allows users to shop online, encouraging customers to purchase products and gift vouchers quickly and conveniently. The website enables users to browse product information and book a date and time instantly.

Codename: Tuesday also implemented a practical and user friendly back-end content management system, which allows stakeholders the ability to control site content such as prices and product information, as required. A robust booking management system also makes inventory and customer management a breeze.

In conjunction with the launch of the new website an integrated marketing strategy was launched which included:
